Terrains of Mind was founded with a vision of creating a therapeutic space that combines psychological understanding with genuine human connection. With a deep interest in emotional healing, trauma, attachment, personal growth, and the complexities of human experience, Renjith approaches therapy with empathy, curiosity, and respect for each individual’s journey.

His work is rooted in the belief that healing becomes possible when people feel emotionally safe enough to explore their inner world honestly and compassionately. Alongside clinical work, his interests include psychological research, counselling, trauma-focused care, and understanding the emotional landscapes that shape identity, relationships, and well-being.
